I sit writing while listening to a peaceful guided meditation. This helps slow down my thinking, relax and let go of fears. It is wonderful to take a few minutes each day to slow down your thoughts and release your stress.
The power of listening to soothing sounds is quite powerful. We are often impacted by the lyrics of songs heard on the radio or stories featured on television. When you choose a few minutes daily to listen to calming sounds you are improving your thoughts.
