Family Holidays and Depression and Bipolar Disorder

sunsetThis weekend is both Easter and Passover. When you face depression or bipolar disorder you may feel that it is hard to be around family. It is vital to learn to not let others upset you with their comments.

When you are sensitive you may take statements to heart. This holiday I encourage you to listen and let go.  Many who do hurtful behaviors do not know how they are acting.

If you teach and share love your family will improve. You may find that it also allows you to be more peaceful and understanding of your life. I wish you a wonderful weekend and thank you for sharing this lesson.
