The ability to do so after work, may allow more peace and tranquility in your life. It is possible, that instead of sadness and struggling with responsibilities, you may be happier.
The art of meditation, may take time and patience to understand. There are many, that have negative thinking when beginning to practice. The goal of trying to learn is a long term effort.
