Do you feel depressed, while your children are demanding and pressuring you to buy more toys? Is it difficult, to balance being a parent and struggling with sadness? We are happy to create tools, to allow you to slowly rebuild your thought process.

It takes confidence, courage and consistency to survive being a mom or dad. There may be days, you feel it is an unwinnable battle. Did they clean their room? Will they do their homework? Why did you even have kids in the first place?

These questions, may be more common than you considered. The other soccer moms (or dads), may not tell you their frustrations about family. Would it be socially acceptable for them to discuss being depressed? There is no shame, in being willing to work on your life.

Our founder, has a plethora of books teaching about these topics. They include the bestsellers Beating Bipolar, Depression, Bipolar and Heroin, The Psychology of Adult Coloring, The Positive Worker: Developing A Winning Attitude At Work, Like Mother, Like Son and Depresion, Bipolar Y Heroina.

We have a fantastic coaching program. The goal is to help you break from the mental jail of negative feelings. We’re able to work virtually, allowing you to decide when and where to have your sessions.
