Do you feel depressed, while your children are fighting with their brother or sister? Is it difficult, to balance being a parent and struggling with sadness? We are happy to create tools, to allow you to slowly rebuild your thought process.

It takes confidence, courage and consistency to survive being a mom or dad. There may be days, you feel it is an unwinnable battle. Did they clean their room? Will they do their homework? Why did you even have kids in the first place?

These questions, may be more common than you considered. The other soccer moms (or dads), may not tell you their frustrations about family. Would it be socially acceptable for them to discuss being depressed? There is no shame, in being willing to work on your life.
