Many with depression need to be a caregiver to their elderly relatives. They may struggle to handle their own depression. How do you care for someone else when you are facing a hard time? This is a major problem that too many of us must face.
One tip is to focus on your needs first. Many put their all their energy on helping others. They forget that if they get too sick, they cannot help anyone. It is for this reason you may make time to do what helps you. This includes time for working out, sleeping enough hours and learning to manage your time.
