Welcome to depression and looking for ways to overcome boredom and isolation. It is common when facing depression to feel confused and sad. There are some simple ways to keep moving forward and not give up on your future.
This includes finding some activities you enjoy. You may play games, watch shows, listen to music or find a creative outlet. Many benefit from writing in a journal, drawing, dancing or doing something fun.
It may seem hard but when you join a group it is possible to meet others. You may find a class or activity that feels fun. You may meet some other people who are looking to connect and meet others.
