This shares about feeling depressed and feeling unloved and unappreciated. During times of facing depression we often emotionally sink low. The people around us may make us feel unloved. It is possible to think they no longer care about us at all. It can be tough for them to be around someone who is so sad.
The feelings you face may or not be true. It is a reality that some people show little kindness to those in a depression. They may not care or want to know you. It is even possible that they ridiculed or belittled you to others.
We believe this is a toxic and harmful way to treat others. When someone is sick, they need as much support as possible. This includes a therapist or a psychiatrist. Even with those tools, they may need more support.
Our work is coaching those with depression and bipolar. We work to listen, support and hopefully help you. This may or may not be what you are looking for. It may take time to be ready to reach out for help.
If you feel coaching would work we’d be happy to help. You may learn about our coaching by calling us in the United States at (213) 304-9555. We can be emailed at blake.levine@aol.com.
