Do you feel bored and isolated? Would reading books help your bipolar? It is possible that reading does incredible things for our mind. It includes learning, being more still and tuning out some of the fears we feel.
The cool part of reading is there are so many types of books. They include all different kinds of works. It is possible that most of us have different abilities to read. We feel it doesn’t matter how long or short the book may be. It can hold value to trying to read more.
We accept that some have very little interest in books. It may be due to being forced to use books at school. The problem is most learning comes from gaining knowledge. The books that are created share fantastic ideas.
