Bipolar Help Making Friends That Care

bipolarcoverThere are some with bipolar that want help making friends that care. They may feel that their old friends are not in the same place. When you grow up with bipolar, you may sometimes feel lonely.

There are support groups but some want to make friends on their own. They have tried to join activities, spent time being with others but it still isn’t working well. This is not uncommon and doesn’t mean there is something wrong with you.

Many adults struggle to find close connection. It doesn’t make you sick, weird or unlikeable. There may need to be some new ideas to help you meet others.

We provide life coaching that may help. It is done by phone, email and text. Our goal is to listen, support and help you grow. We may have some positive ideas on meeting more friends.
