What happens when someone with bipolar sees number patterns? Do they exist for a reason or is it just a coincidence. The answer is that many of us have different beliefs about these. In some religions, they believe that number patterns are a divine way to communicate with God. Many in the mental health field believe magical thinking is a dangerous part of living with a mental illness.
We are not here to tell you what to think and believe. There is no perfect research that confirms either thesis. You can decide to choose what you feel and believe is right. Our only thought that we feel is vital is safety. If you see 444 before doing something extremely dangerous than it is a problem for your mental health. If you see 444 on your receipt at a restaurant and smile it may not be harmful to your life.
Our work is to coach and help those looking to make positive changes. Our coaching is not meant to judge or tell you what is right. We want to work with you to improve your goals, have a healthy outlet of someone to talk with and possibly allow you to understand your own thinking.
Many with bipolar feel hurt from the so called rules of being mentally ill. It may be fine for a mentally stable person to believe in number patterns but a bipolar person cannot. This is not okay for us. We feel that those with bipolar are allowed to think and feel just as anyone else can.
