Many with depression are struggling. They battle to handle life. How do you process pain, anxiety, financial issues and uncertainty about the future? This answer is not simple or basic. There are many tools and they sometimes will not work.
It is important to know your value. There are unique gifts that all of us possess. We also may contribute to others in simple ways. This could include bringing light into the life of a fellow depressed person. We may not realize that kindness matters often more than money.
I encourage you to hold on. The days of driving on a dark rainy road seem scary. I have learned that it doesn’t always have to be this rough. We may find that tomorrow there is more sunshine or even scattered clouds. I ask you to know that the pain is not in vain. There is a chance to become more joyful on a daily basis.
