How Rest Helps Depression and Mood Disorders

This could include booking a massage, taking a good nap, sitting comfortably with a new book or enjoying some soothing music.

I have seen some with depression feel guilty for relaxing. I tell them when they care for themselves, it helps them handle their lives. We are meant to honor our own needs.
