Fun Is A Tool To Limit Sadness

I have many responsibilities being a father, husband and coach. I learned in a weight loss support group that many caregivers are overweight. It is because they focus so much energy helping others and often don’t remember to help themselves.

My daily fun includes working out, listening to music, dancing, meditating and relaxing. I have arranged for my parents to watch my kids so my wife and I will attend a fun concert here in Miami.

I encourage you to lower the pressure and find ways to experience more joy. This usually leads to less sadness and helps us remember that each day is a gift!
