Depression and Finishing Tasks You Begin

Many of us have great ideas. We become excited to start something new and then give up. One of the key lessons to long term success is to develop a persistent attitude.

This includes learning to overcome fears, rejection, illness and addiction. Even those with depression sometimes fail because they quit too soon. The future is often better when we find a reason to keep going.

The easiest way to have success is to be accountable to someone else. This may be a friend, coach, therapist, teacher or parent. You may tell them what you are working to achieve. Each day let them know what you have done to see your ideas become a reality.
