Patience and Hope With Bipolar Disorder

You may benefit from having patience with your life. When you struggle mentally it drains your energy and sometimes feels overwhelming.

When you learn hope it gives you reason to go on. I read a study about mice placed in a tub. One had no light and the other was brightly lit.

The mouse in the light survived and pressed on. The reason is in darkness there is no hope. I encourage you to pick a reason to keep trying.
