Team Work Wins

handsWhen I was first diagnosed with bipolar disorder it felt very isolating. I was scared and didn’t know who I could talk to about what was happening. Over time, I learned that I needed to have a team to support my positive progress.

This team became my family, friends, the psychiatrist, therapist and support groups. I learned that surviving these issues would take work and persistence. It took a long time to find the right help. I eventually found those who believed I could rebuild and see a brighter future.

In your own life you can find those who will help and encourage you to make positive progress. In many areas there are free support groups to find others who face these issues. They are free and fantastic. I am happy to have went to many and found the leaders and members to be warm.

You may learn about the free support groups at: http://www.nami.org and http://www.dbsalliance.org

We also offer a very supportive one on one coaching program. Our team works hard to listen, encourage and motivate you. You may reach us at (213) 304-9555 and email blakelevinecoach@gmail.com
