This week is thanksgiving and I am grateful for a lot. I have mentioned before that feeling gratitude for the things in your life is a mood booster. There are some things that you can be grateful for, and it is so important to bring this into your awareness. For me, it is a mood shifter. I automatically feel better when I concentrate on the things I am grateful for.
