Finding Healthy Nature Walks With Depression and Bipolar Disorder



My wife Jennifer and I live with depression and bipolar. We know taking time to be in nature helps. Today we went to a local park to enjoy each other and natural beauty.

It is great to be with others. When you let positive energy in you are helping your mental health. We connect while being fit. How about today you take a few moments to be calm. You will let go of fear and see love around you. It helps to take a walk, do yoga, enjoy a hot bath or read a great book. I send you a huge hug and a big cup of positive energy.
