Focusing on the positive

We all have ups and downs in life.   I think of life as a journey that you are constantly learning from your mistakes.  Lets face it, we all have faults and it is easier to get stuck in a negative mind frame.  When you choose to focus on what is going right a shift takes place.   It is a subtle shift but if you keep practicing it hopefully the negative thinking wilk be replaced by positive thoughts. Positivity brings about positive results.  
If you havent tried affirmations yet, try them. Put it on your fridge, mirror,  or desk.  These allow you to tap into thinking good things. Your thoughts and dialogue with yourself is vital to become an evolved person who is living their best life
