Baby steps

I am super tired tonight but wanted to get a post up.  I wanted to stress the importance of giving credit to yourself for small accomplishments along the way to reaching your end goal.   The most important relationship of all is the one with yourself.  Remember you are the one who can choose loving thoughts towards yourself or negative talk.  Whether you are trying to get sober or trying to make it another day with mental illness. .. remember make sure you are good to yourself and commend yourself for making even small positive changes.
